5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only; the deposit amount is not included. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = completing ৳20,000 in bets allows winnings from the bonus to be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.
- Bonus offers are not transferable between individuals or accounts.
- Bonuses may have a specific time limit for use, which will be stated in the offer details.
- Multiple promotional offers may not be applicable at the same time.
- 25bd9 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Before confirming any bet on 25bd9, please double-check the stake amount and terms. Once a bet is confirmed and the event has started, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
If any irregularity is found in the outcome of a bet due to a technical error or system disruption, 25bd9 reserves the right to declare that bet void and the staked amount will be refunded.

Account Suspension & Closure

- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
- When required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time. Contact the support team to do so. You may withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account, provided no active wagering requirements remain.
